FRONT LEG STRENGTH (Towel Test)
(Support your pets abdomen with a towel. Lift up on the rear so that you are supporting the rear weight while keeping the back level. Your pet should walk readily on its front legs and be able to easily go up a few steps when supported in this fashion.)

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We will make every effort to ship your cart within 3 - 5 working days. Orders will be processed in the order they are received - no exceptions. If you need any advice as to whether your pet is a candidate for a cart, or as to its need for a walking conversion, please call as we are well qualified to help you with your decision.
Our refund policy is a ten day trial period. If you need to return the cart within those ten days, call first to make arrangements for return of cart. Upon receipt of cart, we can refund %65 of cart cost provided that the cart is returned clean, in new condition, and free of all traces of pet. Deductions will be make if cart is returned in any other condition. This policy applies only to carts that have not been pre-determined as non-refundable.
Carts made for any pet other than a cat or dog are automatically pre-determined as non-refundable, as are carts make for dogs over 100 pounds. K-9 Carts reserves the right to make any cart non-refundable. If it is determined that a cart must be non-refundable, K-9 Carts will call before proceeding with the order. A non-refundable cart must be paid by certified check or money order only.
All Walkabout Harnesses and Booties are non-refundable. Walkabout harnesses can usually be shipped within one day of receiving your order if the size is in stock. We usually keep all sizes in stock. Walkabout harnesses can be exchanged for a different size.
