Walkaboots may be used for the front or rear paws or all four.  They prevent injury and soreness in a pet constantly running over hard terrain.  In the pet who has already sustained a paw injury, they help keep the paw clean and protected while the wound heals.

Walkaboots are made of a neoprene, water resistant sock attached to a rubber soled boot.  The boot has a ridged sole for durability and to prevent slipping.  The boots may also be ordered with a lid on top for pets that occasionally knuckle over or walk on the front of their paws.  The boot is held on with one or two Velcro straps, depending on size, that wrap around the ankle.

The added protection of a lid prolongs the life of the boot for the pet that knuckles over with its feet.

Measure the width of the pet's paw at the widest point with the paw flat on the ground and weighted as if supporting the pet's weight.  Please let us know if your pet is not weight bearing.
